How the college has developed
The college began in 2013, when language courses in English and Korean opened in Shopokov for schoolchildren and adults. Run under the SOSI Educational Centre, the courses became popular across the Sokuluk district thanks to their effective teaching. Students who completed them went on to win places on the FLEX programme. More than 250 schoolchildren from nearby schools and gymnasiums studied there.
