"Ak kalpak—a symbol of honor and spiritual heritage"

On March 11, 2026, English teacher Ulanbek kyzy Altynai held an open lesson for second-year students at the Kyrgyz International Universal College. The lesson focused on the topic: "Ak Kalpak: A Symbol of Honor and Spiritual Heritage," and was dedicated to preserving the national traditions and cultural values ​​of the Kyrgyz people.
The goal of the open lesson was to foster respect for national culture, history, and traditions, as well as to deepen students' understanding of the significance of the ak kalpak, one of the main symbols of Kyrgyz identity.
