FESTIVAL OF KYRGYZ AND KOREAN CULTURE from students of KYYAK and KMUK
A bright concert, games, and quizzes were presented on November 29 at the House of Culture by students of the institute and college from the city of Shopokov, Sokuluk district.
The festival was organized by the Kyrgyz Institute of Languages and Culture and the Kyrgyz International Universal College. Among the guests are representatives of the mayor's office of Kara-Balta, the district department of education, residents and schoolchildren of Kara-Balta.
Rector of KYYAK/KMUK Liu Byong Il expressed great gratitude to the mayor of the city of Kara-Balta, M.R. Dzhekshenov. and the head of the regional education department, Arykov T.K. for the opportunity to host the event. In his speech addressed to schoolchildren, he noted that knowledge and in-depth study of foreign languages is the key to professional success.
The purpose of the festival is to unite active youth within the framework of cultural programs, develop the tourism potential of the Chui region, attract attention to the study of foreign languages, and promote tolerance in interethnic relations.
Each concert number had its own twist. Stunning number of Nantes drums. Fascinating Kyrgyz and Korean dances. Incendiary K-pop dances. The songs of Altynay Zhakypova and Sagynbekova Gulnur caused great delight among the audience.
Before the concert, interesting competitions and quizzes were held in the foyer of the House of Culture. The most active schoolchildren received souvenir prizes.
Also, students of KYYAK/KMUK held an educational exhibition. The directions at the KYYAK university were presented (after 11th grade or after graduating from college):

- Tourism
Specialties at KMUK College (after 9th grade and 11th grade without ORT):
- translation business,
- jurisprudence
- management
- advertising
- tourism
- hotel business.
The festival was held at a high level, the concert program was bright, eventful, with the participation of 60 active and talented college and institute students. According to the organizers, the festival will become a good tradition; the next festivals will be held in Belovodskoye, and then in the city of Shopokov.
