Graduate in the specialty 100201 - "Tourism" in accordance with the goals of the main professional educational and tasks

a) general (OK):

Provision of travel agency services:
PC1. Identify and analyze consumer requests and the possibility of their implementation;
PC2. Inform the consumer about tourism products;
PC3. Interact with the tour operator for the implementation and promotion of the tourist product;
PC4. Calculate the cost of the tour package in accordance with the application of the consumer;
PC5. Issue a tour package (tour packages, vouchers, insurance policies); PC6. Perform work on providing visa support to the consumer; Provision of tour operator services:
PC7. Conduct marketing research on the market of tourist services in order to form a demanded tourist product;
PC8. Form a tourist product and calculate the cost of a tourist product;
PC9. Collaborate with travel agents for the implementation and promotion of the tourist product
Provision of tourist escort services:
 
PC10. Control the readiness of the group, equipment and vehicles to enter the route and control the quality of service for tourists by the host;
PC11. Coordinate and control the activities of tourists on the route;
PC-12. Instruct tourists on the rules of conduct and ensure the safety of tourists on the route;
Provision of excursion services:
PC13. Develop an excursion program and prepare information materials on the topic of excursions;
PC14. Conduct a tour in accordance with the application of the consumer of the tour service;
Management of functional units in the organization:
PC15. Plan the activities of the unit, organize and control the activities of subordinates;
PC16. Prepare reporting and planning documentation.
